Our surface rewinding slitter is mainly used for slitting paper, aluminum foils, and laminated films into strips.
Features of QFJ-C series surface rewinding slitters
1. This slitter rewinder is designed with a disc knife for slitting, double-shaft for surface rewinding. It produces even slitting edges.
2. Photoelectric deviation-correction device is equipped for its unwinding unit.
3. Both unwinding and rewinding units are equipped with magnetic powder clutches for tension control.
4. A frequency converter is adopted for main machine speed control, thus providing our surface rewinding slitters with steady operation.
5. This surface rewinding slitter is especially suitable for slitting roll materials with a width more than 5mm.
