The wide web soft embossing machine is aimed to transfer the master pattern which from the nickel metal onto the film such as BOPP, PET (coated), CPP and PVC. The film thickness ranges from 12 to 200um, this film embossing machine and electroforming machine able to make different kinds of patterns (artwork).

This holographic embossing machine is PLC controlled, it can change different plate roller quickly without oil leakage, and does not affect the master plate seam during heating and embossing. There is no wrinkling and shrinking in the process of embossing.
